Client Portal User Agreement

This agreement applies specifically to your use of the Arvena Sciences client portal (registration, dashboard, messaging, and document exchange). It supplements our general Terms of Service.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration details — a false name, email, or company on an account used for regulatory work undermines the record we're both relying on.
• One account per client/company relationship, unless otherwise agreed.

Documents and messages you submit

• Documents and formulation details you upload remain your property. We use them solely to deliver the engagement you've asked for.
• Your document uploads and chat history are stored securely and are visible only to you and Arvena Sciences staff working on your account — never made public, never shared with other clients.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide; our review is only as good as what we're given to review.

Communication through the portal

The portal's messaging is the authoritative record of engagement-related communication. Messages sent this way are timestamped and retained as part of your engagement record — treat it the way you'd treat any formal written correspondence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend portal access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, is providing false information, or the underlying engagement has ended. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time (subject to the retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy).

No guarantee of outcome

Using the portal to submit an enquiry or documents does not itself constitute a confirmed engagement, and does not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome. See our Terms of Service for the general disclaimer that applies to all advisory work.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement as the portal's features change. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised terms.
