How pricing works

Why there's no price list here.

Regulatory scope shifts constantly — a new FSSAI circular, a change in GCC labeling rules, or a shift in what a specific market's dossier now requires can move the actual cost of a project up or down. A fixed public price list would either be wrong within a few months or padded to cover that uncertainty — neither serves you well. Instead, every engagement gets a fixed, written quote before any work begins, scoped to your product, its current documentation, and the specific markets you're targeting.

What decides the price

Product complexity

Number of active ingredients, novelty of the formulation, and whether existing safety data already exists or needs to be generated.

Target markets

One market is a narrower scope than a simultaneous India + GCC + EU + US + Australia filing strategy.

Documentation quality

A well-organized existing file shortens the work; starting from scratch extends it.

Payment for confirmed engagements is typically structured as an advance on acceptance of the quote, with the balance due on delivery. Statutory filing fees charged directly by a regulator (FSSAI, etc.) are always separate and passed through at cost.
