About
A direct line to the person who does the actual regulatory and formulation review — not a account manager relaying questions to someone else. A formulation that's compliant in India and export-ready in the markets you're actually entering, reviewed by someone who has done the ground-level sourcing and safety research himself, not just the desk research.
Regulatory work fails for predictable reasons — a claim without evidence behind it, a label built for one market and reused for another, a raw material sourced without the paperwork to prove where it came from. We exist to catch those before a regulator or a customs official does.
A submission is only as strong as the formulation and evidence behind it. We look at the product itself — ingredients, dosage, safety data — before we touch paperwork.
If India, GCC, EU, US, or Australia are all on your roadmap, we scope for that from the start, instead of rebuilding the dossier each time a new market comes up.
Every engagement runs through the client portal — a message thread that stays on record, document exchange, and visible status on every open item.
Founder
I operate at a rare, critical intersection: biological sciences, law, applied nutrition, and food processing technology. As the founder of Arvena Sciences, I provide across India as well as international nutraceutical and functional food brands with elite health intelligence, formulation integrity reviews, and airtight regulatory advisory.
Before Arvena Sciences existed as a company, this work existed as field research — with the World Bank, in the Gir region of Gujarat, followed by more than 12 years of applied health practice and nutritional observation work, with a particular focus on pediatric immunity and lymphatic function. That's not desk-research regulatory knowledge; it's ground-level exposure to how a formulation actually behaves, and how a raw material actually gets sourced, tested, and sometimes mishandled, before it ever reaches a regulator's desk.
The law degree matters here in a specific way: regulatory text is written in legal language, and most of the disputes and delays we see come down to a phrase being read too literally, or a requirement's underlying purpose being missed entirely. Reading a regulation the way it's meant to be read — not just what it appears to say — is a legal skill, not a scientific one, and it's the piece most purely technical consultants are missing.
That combination — nutrition science, hands-on formulation work (including developing supplements directly, alongside Arvena's own proprietary ingredient), and a legal training in how regulatory text actually functions — is what Arvena Sciences is built on.
Arvena Sciences was founded to put that experience directly to work for nutraceutical and functional food brands, instead of keeping it as personal practice. It's a young company — but the person reviewing your formulation isn't new to the subject matter.
Arvena Sciences is a Government of India recognised MSME — UDYAM-GJ-01-0632380 — based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. That's a formal, verifiable registration, not a claim. If you'd like to verify it independently, the UDYAM registration portal (udyamregistration.gov.in) allows a lookup by registration number.
Arvena Sciences is a newly formed practice. We'd rather say that plainly than pad the page with claims we can't back up. What isn't new is the underlying expertise — the founder's regulatory and formulation background goes back well over a decade, described above. As client engagements complete, their feedback will appear here and across the site directly from the client portal — never written by us on a client's behalf. Being legitimate and useful now is what earns that record over time — not the other way around.
Tell us about your product and where you're trying to take it. We'll tell you plainly whether we're the right fit.
