These terms govern your use of arvenasciences.in. Registering for and using the client portal is separately governed by our User Agreement, which these terms incorporate by reference.
arvenasciences.in is the public website and client portal of Arvena Sciences, a health intelligence and regulatory consultancy (Govt. of India recognised MSME, UDYAM-GJ-01-0632380). Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services — every engagement is confirmed separately, in writing, with its own agreed scope and fee.
Regulatory advisory work is inherently an exercise in judgment applied to rules that change and are sometimes genuinely ambiguous. Nothing on this site, or provided as part of an engagement, is a guarantee that a specific regulatory outcome (approval, licence grant, customs clearance, etc.) will be achieved. Content on this site — including articles, checklists, and the fee guide — is general information, not a substitute for engagement-specific advice, and should not be relied upon as final regulatory or legal determination for your specific product without direct consultation.
You agree not to: use this site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system connected to this site; submit false information through the contact form, portal registration, or any other form; interfere with the site's normal operation (including automated scraping or spam submissions); or misuse the client portal in a way that violates another client's privacy or data.
The content, design, and branding of this website — including the Arvena Sciences name and logo — belong to Arvena Sciences. Documents, formulations, and other materials you submit through the client portal remain your property; see the User Agreement for how we handle them. Our proprietary ingredient work (including the Glycyrrhiza glabra preparation referenced on this site) is protected intellectual property and is only made available under a separate, signed NDA — nothing on this site licenses it to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Arvena Sciences is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from an actual paid engagement is governed by that engagement's own written terms, not by this general website policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction over any dispute.
